  Quanzhou, a city with a unique cultural heritage, welcomed a group of students to explore its historical and technological wonders in a special event titled "Exploring World Heritage: Stepping into the World of Torch Electron."   Quanzhou stands out as the only city in China that boasts three UNESCO intangible cultural heritage categories and 22 world heritage sites. During the visit, students immersed themselves in the historical and cultural richness of the city, visiting landmarks like Wudian Market, Quanzhou Overseas Transportation History Museum, and Kaiyuan Temple.     Notably, Quanzhou's string puppetry was designated as a national intangible cultural heritage item in 2006. To honor this legacy, Mr. Xia Rongfeng, a representative inheritant, performed captivating shows such as "Little Monk Descends the Mountain" and "Monkey Training," inspiring students to appreciate and preserve this intangible art form.     Transitioning from historical roots to a technologically advanced future, students explored Torch Electron's innovations. The 2023 China Ceramic Capacitor and Materials Technology Industry Development Annual Conference, organized by Torch Electron, was held in Quanzhou on March 30th. Over 400 representatives from more than 230 companies attended the conference, including experts, leaders, members of the Capacitors Branch of the China Electronic Components Industry Association (CECIA), and representatives from production enterprises, research institutions, universities, testing agencies, and financial institutions.   The conference began with opening remarks from Gu Qun, Secretary-General of the CECIA, who analyzed industry challenges and future prospects. Lin Zhisheng, Deputy Chief Engineer of Torch Electron, delivered a welcome speech, expressing gratitude and emphasizing the company's commitment to promoting the technological advancement and ecological development of the ceramic capacitor and materials industry.   The conference featured presentations by experts and scholars on cutting-edge technologies, academic reports, and new development approaches for the industry.
