Torch Electron has completed a strategic equity acquisition of Sichuan Zhongxing Electronics Co., Ltd. ("Zhongxing Electronics") through its affiliated entities, marking another key step in the company's long-term strategy to strengthen its high-end electronic components portfolio and expand into high-growth civilian markets.   Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Chengdu, Zhongxing Electronics is a national high-tech enterprise with nearly 30 years of experience in the research, development, and manufacturing of film capacitors. The company offers a comprehensive product portfolio, including EMI suppression capacitors, power electronic capacitors, and metallized polypropylene and polyester film capacitors, serving applications in new energy, industrial control, energy storage, and automotive electronics.   Zhongxing Electronics is recognized for its strong product reliability and manufacturing consistency, supported by a comprehensive quality management system. In recent years, the company has strengthened vertical integration through in-house metallized film production, further enhancing supply stability and quality control. The acquisition is expected to create strong synergies by combining Zhongxing Electronics' specialized film capacitor expertise with Torch Electron's strengths in materials science, reliability engineering, advanced manufacturing, and global customer support. Together, the companies aim to accelerate innovation in power-grade and automotive-grade film capacitor products while improving responsiveness to customer needs.   Following the transaction, Zhongxing Electronics will continue to operate independently while integrating into Torch Electron's industrial ecosystem. Torch Electron has long been committed to building a comprehensive corporate health management system—one that helps employees detect potential health concerns early, control and prevent risks effectively, reduce medical costs, and improve work efficiency. This dedication remains a core part of our employee welfare mission. In early December, our annual all-staff health examination officially began. More than 2,500 Torch employees participated, either through the scheduled on-site checkups across our facilities or by visiting external medical institutions according to their personal needs. Through these efforts, we continue to uphold our philosophy of "taking responsibility for our health" and work together toward a healthier, stronger Torch community. Health is not just a physical condition—it is a lifestyle. In addition to regular health checkups, Torch Electron encourages all employees to maintain balanced nutrition, stay active, and ensure adequate sleep. Torch Electron recently concluded its autumn outing, bringing nearly 200 employees together across scenic mountains and valleys. To honor dedication and excellence, special spots were reserved for outstanding performers, recognizing their contributions while inspiring the broader team with a culture of "excellence through action." The Torch Electron Relay Friendship Run kicked off with great enthusiasm at Zihua Park, bringing together employees and invited runners from the Quanzhou Feiyue Team for a dynamic and inspiring sports exchange. As part of our ongoing commitment to promoting a healthy corporate culture and supporting nationwide fitness initiatives, the event created a vibrant stage for teamwork, perseverance, and athletic spirit. From the moment the starting signal sounded, energy surged across the course. Runners from Torch Electron and the Feiyue Team sprinted side by side, pushing their limits with every stride. Each handover of the relay baton symbolized trust, strength, and unity, while every lap reflected determination and speed. Along the sidelines, cheers and encouragement filled the air, turning the entire park into a lively arena of passion and solidarity.   The event concluded with an awards presentation by Mr. Xue Ruibin, Deputy General Manager of Operations, who recognized the outstanding performance of the winning team—marking a perfect finish to an evening filled with excitement, camaraderie, and joy.  This friendly relay exchange with the Feiyue Team not only showcased athletic skill but also deepened mutual friendship, building a meaningful bridge for external engagement through sports. On November 16, in the crisp embrace of autumn, Torch Electron successfully concluded its "Love in Zimou, Walk with Green" environmental charity event, powered by the enthusiastic participation of Torch volunteers. On the day of the event, company volunteers gathered in teams and set off as "eco guardians," hiking along the winding paths of Zimou Mountain. Equipped with cleaning tools, participants removed litter along the trail and focused on several pre-identified waste accumulation spots for targeted cleanup efforts. During the hour-long ascent, the mountain paths were refreshed, and each participant experienced the rewarding sense of personally contributing to the protection of our shared environment. Amid the lush greenery, the vibrant "Torch Red" of their shirts became one of the warmest sights on the autumn mountainside. After reaching the summit, volunteers enjoyed a relaxing tea break. Sitting together in the gentle breeze, they exchanged reflections on environmental protection and shared practical tips for sustainable living. In this easeful moment, seeds of environmental awareness took root, and a collective sense of responsibility quietly strengthened.   The Zimou Mountain Environmental Charity Walk vividly reflects Torch Electron's commitment to advancing ecological civilization. The 13th “Torch Electron Cup Basketball” Tournament concluded with thrilling matches and unforgettable moments. Teams from the R&D, Manufacturing, and General Management Centers showcased remarkable teamwork and resilience, ultimately claiming the championship. As the golden autumn breeze brought festive joy, Torch Electron celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day under the theme "Celebrating Unity and Progress."
