Completion of the Fifth Yellow Belt Training Marks the Conclusion of Lean Improvement Theory Program

September 24, 2025

Recently, Torch Electron successfully held the fifth Yellow Belt training session of the Lean Improvement Program at the Special Capacitor Plant training center. As the final theoretical course of this program, members from Production Team 2 and key representatives from various departments gathered together under the guidance of Lean Management expert Mr. Cai Wang. The training covered two core modules: "Scientific Thinking for Problem Solving and A3 Report" and "Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)," laying a solid foundation for the upcoming project practice stage.

During the training, Mr. Cai structured the teaching around the practical application of lean tools.

  • Course One focused on structured problem-solving. By introducing the logic and methods of the A3 report, participants learned standardized steps for problem definition, root cause analysis, and implementation planning.

  • Course Two centered on the FMEA tool, systematically interpreting key aspects such as risk identification, priority evaluation, and preventive measures, helping participants improve risk anticipation and process control.

The session also integrated case studies and interactive discussions to ensure that theoretical knowledge is closely linked with real-world work scenarios.

This training marks the successful conclusion of the theoretical learning phase of Torch's Lean Improvement Program. Moving forward, Torch Electron will continue to invite Mr. Cai to provide in-depth project coaching, guiding participants in applying the tools learned to actual improvement projects and driving the transformation of theory into tangible results.
