Recently, Torch Electron held its 2025 Lean Improvement Results Showcase, reviewing key achievements and outlining future plans.
Since its launch in March 2025, the lean program has focused on management improvement, targeted initiatives, and company-wide participation. After one year, it has generated a total economic impact of RMB 27.09 million.
At the event, multiple improvement projects were presented, demonstrating the full process from problem identification to implementation, and highlighting the growing integration of lean thinking across the organization.
Looking ahead, Torch Electron will further advance from individual improvements to a system-driven lean operation, strengthening efficiency and supporting long-term business growth.
