The second session of offline orientation has been successfully completed, with 23 new employees enriching their professional "knowledge base" through systematic training.
This training followed the established program and focused on core modules such as company profile and culture, product introduction, HR and administrative guidelines, as well as fire safety. These sessions helped new employees quickly understand the company's background and basic regulations while strengthening their awareness of quality and safety.
Interactive activities including group discussions, knowledge quizzes, and on-site visits were incorporated into the program to enhance engagement and make learning more dynamic and effective.
Moving forward, Torch Electron will continue to provide regular orientation programs, building a bridge for every newcomer to integrate and grow, and jointly contributing to the development of the team.
