RS Series Thick Film Chip Resistors are available in sizes from 0402 to 2512, with normal, double, and triple power options depending on the model. Power ratings range from 0.0625 W to 2 W at 70°C.   The series covers resistance values from 1 Ω to 1 MΩ, with maximum working voltages ranging from 50 V to 250 V. TCR is ±200 ppm/°C for resistance values from 1 Ω to below 10 Ω and ±100 ppm/°C for resistance values from 10 Ω to 1 MΩ. Available resistance tolerances include ±5%, ±10%, and ±20%. Bulk and tape-and-reel packaging options are available.
