Recently, the "Futeng 200" Outstanding Youth Talent Camp from Fujian Province visited Torch Electron for an immersive study tour. Initiated jointly by the Provincial Talent Office, the Communist Youth League Provincial Committee, and the Provincial Education Examination Authority, this talent cultivation program attracted 58 top students ranked among the top 200 in the Fujian college entrance examination. Through hands-on learning experiences, the young participants gained a close-up view of the technological strength and development trajectory of local high-tech enterprises.
During the visit, students explored the company’s development through the corporate model display, product showcase, and patent wall, gaining in-depth insights into Torch Electron’s history and capabilities. They also visited the production workshops and witnessed the manufacturing process of precision components that support China’s "national-level equipment." This experience offered the students a direct understanding of the innovative growth of hometown enterprises and fostered a shared sense of passion for serving the nation through technology.
Launched in 2017, the "Futeng 200" project has, for nine consecutive years, provided a growth platform and broadened horizons for high-achieving students. As one of the first high-level talent self-evaluation pilot enterprises in Quanzhou, Torch Electron integrates talent strategy deeply into its development DNA, proactively supporting talent cultivation at every stage. From post-exam study tours, to establishing social practice bases with universities, to comprehensive growth programs for new employees, Torch Electron has built a full-cycle talent development chain—providing the fertile ground for every talent to take root, grow, and flourish.
