On August 20, Torch Electron officially launched the Docent Team Development Program at the training room of the Special Capacitor Factory. Ms. Hong Liling, Deputy Director of the General Management Center, and Mr. Wang Shuyuan, Deputy Director of the Manufacturing Center, attended the event as special guests, joining more than 30 trainee docents to embark on a new journey of professional development.
The theme,"Be a Warm-hearted Technology Communicator," printed on the commemorative bookmark of the "Cultural Seeds" initiative, became the guiding spirit of the event. From signing their names as a pledge of responsibility to wearing the "Torch Trainee Docent" badge, participants embraced both the mission of acting as interpreters of technological achievements and the vision of becoming brand ambassadors for Torch Electron's century-long legacy.
As a senior docent, Mr. Wang Shuyuan shared his personal insights and experiences, reminding participants that every word and gesture represents the company’s image. He emphasized maintaining confidence and professionalism to ensure that visitors "not only hear, but also remember" Torch Electron's core strengths. Ms. Hong Liling then led the first training session on "Core Qualities and Etiquette of Docents," covering role positioning, reception etiquette, and image management—illustrating how professionalism can create a synergy effect that amplifies Torch Electron's brand value and cultural heritage.
The kick-off meeting concluded successfully, providing both methodology and practical techniques that offered participants a refreshing growth experience. Moving forward, Torch Electron will roll out a systematic training framework of "Selection – Development – Assessment – Advancement", offering multidimensional support to docent development.
Through the growth of this team, every reception will become a vivid practice of improving visitor experiences and enhancing Torch Electron’s brand influence and soft power.
