Torch Electron Advances 818 Human Resources Day Series – New Managers Sharpen Core HR Management Skills

August 25, 2025

On August 21, Torch Electron continued its 818 Human Resources Day series with the second training session, "Essential Knowledge for Managers," held at the Special Capacitor Factory training center. A total of 11 newly promoted team leaders and section chiefs participated, gaining systematic insights into the essentials of employee lifecycle management.

The training covered nine key dimensions including recruitment, onboarding, training, probation, and performance management. Using an interactive "discussion-before-lecture" format, participants first explored the core responsibilities of managers at different stages of employee development, identifying real-world challenges and sharing best practices. Afterwards, internal trainer Chen Pingping from the HR Department provided a structured breakdown of the essential processes, requirements, and responsibilities that every new manager must master. This approach supports managers in making the smooth transition from business specialists to team leaders.

Looking ahead, the company will publish a Management Handbook based on the training content. This will provide standardized guidelines for departmental HR management, reinforcing the principle that "department heads are the first persons responsible for human resources management within their teams."

With this initiative, Torch Electron continues to strengthen its commitment to talent development, organizational growth, and effective leadership practices.
