In June, more than 50 students from the third On-site Engineer Training Program of Liming Vocational University, led by Professor Sun Jing, visited Torch Electron for an immersive industry study tour. The program has been selected as one of the first national vocational education On-site Engineer Training Programs supported by China's Ministry of Education, aiming to cultivate highly skilled technical professionals through close collaboration between education and industry. On the evening of May 26, Torch Electron officially kicked off its beginner pickleball training program at the newly upgraded standard pickleball court at the Specialty Capacitor Factory. Known as one of the fastest-growing sports in recent years, pickleball combines elements of table tennis, badminton, and tennis. Easy to learn and highly interactive, the sport quickly created an energetic and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone on the court.     During the first training session, professional coaches guided employees step by step through basic techniques including grip, ball control, and dinking practice. Participants followed carefully, practiced repeatedly, and improved together through teamwork and interaction.     To support the activity, the Torch Labor Union also prepared exclusive pickleball sets for every participant, adding both convenience and encouragement to the program. More advanced training sessions covering volleys, serves, and practical game skills will continue in the coming weeks, helping employees gradually build confidence and experience the fun of the sport.     At Torch Electron, we believe a healthy and active lifestyle is an important part of a positive workplace culture. Torch Electron successfully concluded its participation in Defence Services Asia (DSA) Exhibition & Conference 2026, held from 20–23 April 2026 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur.     As one of the leading defence and security exhibitions in Asia, DSA 2026 brought together industry professionals, technology providers, and decision-makers from around the world. Recently, Torch Electron held its 2025 Lean Improvement Results Showcase, reviewing key achievements and outlining future plans.   Since its launch in March 2025, the lean program has focused on management improvement, targeted initiatives, and company-wide participation. After one year, it has generated a total economic impact of RMB 27.09 million. At the event, multiple improvement projects were presented, demonstrating the full process from problem identification to implementation, and highlighting the growing integration of lean thinking across the organization. Torch Electron officially resumed operations on February 24–26, 2026, welcoming employees back to all facilities with vibrant reopening ceremonies. Following the Lunar New Year holiday, team members returned in phases—starting with customer-facing and production units on February 24, followed by company-wide return on February 26. Employees were greeted with traditional lucky red envelopes, festive gift bags, and sweet treats to kickstart the year with positive energy. Fully operational and recharged, Torch Electron is now accelerating into 2026 with full momentum.
