Entering 2025, Torch Electron has reached the milestone of the group's tenth anniversary of listing. At the time of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, the "Running-Torch Electron 10th Anniversary Celebration and 2025 New Year's Party" was grandly held in the Zihua Factory, gathering with colleagues from the group, and opening a new chapter of development in chronological order. Intelligent manufacturing is the core driving force for the transformation and upgrading of the global manufacturing industry. Since 2021, Torch has incorporated intelligent manufacturing into the company's strategic planning, and enabled Torch's high-quality development through digital transformation. At the event, the digital human made a brilliant appearance, showing the Torch team's insight and pursuit of technological innovation. In "A Letter to Investors", Mr. Cai expressed his sincere gratitude to investors, and conveyed his love for the Torch business and the expectations and blessings of Torch people in "Ten Years of Coordinates". "Picking" light shines, running endlessly. From its initial entry into the capital market to its steady progress, Torch has always adhered to the spirit of innovation, pragmatism, and enterprising, building a broader development platform for employees and creating greater value for shareholders. In November 2024, Leadasia Chemistry's "High-Performance Hot-End Key Material Polycarbosilane" project won the national gold medal at the finals of the 13th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, setting a new record for the number of winning projects in Fujian Province. At the annual meeting, dynamic singing and dancing performances, creative situational dramas and three-sentence-and-a-half, colorful cultural performances and surprise lucky draws kicked off the passionate prelude to the new decade of listing. On November 18th, the 104th China (Shanghai) Electronics Fair was grandly held, Torch Electron Group was invited to participate in the exhibition with the core products of component board, and held cultural experience activities in Shanghai Torch Electron Group Building to talk about the cultural heritage and scientific and technological innovation with the industry elites and technical experts. Culture is the soul of science and technology, Torch is rooted in Quanzhou, constantly exploring the integration and development of “culture adds science and technology” to empower new productivity. From technological innovation to market application, from product characteristics to service support, Torch has always invested in R&D and production with the spirit of excellence. On the eve of the exhibition, Torch Customer Forum and cultural experience activities were held as scheduled, the company's application engineering department manager Rao Wei has reported the Group's product line and core products for industry experts and new and old customers.  Torch and subsidiaries Millimeter, Guangzhou Aurora Technologies, Chengdu Torch’s core products appeared in the exhibition. They showed the strength of product research and development and expert service quality, at the same time, made full use of this opportunity to exchange information with the industry counterparts and communicate with them, in order to better improve the product structure and service customers to build a solid foundation. Adhering to the development concept of cultural heritage and scientific and technological innovation, Torch will make every effort to promote the integration and development of the electronic components industry and the cultural industry, and inject more cultural connotations and innovative vitality into the industry!    

Torch donated 1.5 million RMB to the District Education Development Foundation, which will be used for the sports field renovation project of the Third Experimental Primary School in Licheng District, to further enhance the campus environment and escort the children's healthy growth.It is reported that the third experimental elementary school of carp city basketball court, soccer field, track and field has been used for 8 years, the soccer field artificial turf wear and tear serious, every rainy season, the ground water, slippery, on the students' recess activities and physical education class movement caused great safety hazards. The track and field, basketball court and other renovation repairs, including paving plastic runway and plastic field, as well as sports venues around the road hardening. Over the years, Torch has been actively taking social responsibility and devoting ourselves to public welfare, transforming our concern for education into practical care for children. This year, 3.24 million yuan was donated to the District Education Development Foundation; from 2020 to now, the cumulative donation is nearly 21 million yuan.
