  • Torch Electron Hosts Successful Corporate Presentation Contest
    September 28, 2025

With the theme of "Craftsmanship in Teaching, Torch Together", Torch Electron successfully held a corporate presentation contest at the Special Capacitor Plant training hall. The event was designed to promote the updated company introduction and to discover and cultivate talented employees who are knowledgeable about the business, skilled in communication, and capable of inspiring audiences. Sixteen participants from different centers and departments competed on the same stage, each delivering a 10-minute company presentation followed by a Q&A session. On stage, they transformed the abstract "company story" into a vivid “growth journey” through clear logic, engaging language, and passionate delivery. During the Q&A, contestants responded with confidence and agility, demonstrating both deep understanding of the company’s business and strong adaptability in front of an audience. After the competition, the judges provided feedback based on scoring results, highlighting strengths in content delivery and logical structure while also pointing out areas for improvement. The winners of the first, second, and third prizes were then announced, with the top winner being awarded the title of "Department Gold Presenter." As an important initiative in talent development and corporate culture building, this contest served not only as a stage to showcase results but also as a new starting point for growth. Moving forward, Torch Electron will refine the standard presentation template based on insights collected during the event, standardize the presentation process and content, and continue targeted training for the selected presenters. This will enable more employees to become storytellers of the company's journey and ambassadors of the Torch brand.

  • Good News! Torch Electron’s Hybrid Energy Storage System Selected for Fujian’s First Batch of Future Industry Application Achievements
    September 18, 2025

Torch Electron's self-developed "Supercapacitor + Lithium Battery Industrial & Commercial Hybrid Energy Storage System" has been successfully selected for the first batch of Future Industry Typical Application Achievements in Fujian Province. This innovative system directly addresses major challenges in the promotion of industrial and commercial energy storage, such as small peak-valley electricity price differences and long investment return cycles. By combining supercapacitor technology with lithium battery solutions, the system integrates an energy distribution intelligent terminal, a strategy computing platform, and a state monitoring & health management system. Together, these enable efficient peak shaving and valley filling, significantly reducing electricity costs for enterprises while enhancing the grid’s ability to absorb renewable energy.   The system has already been deployed and demonstrated at Torch Electron's factory site, where real-time monitoring and optimization are underway. Early results show its strong potential to serve as a scalable solution for smart energy management across industrial and commercial users. Being included in this provincial achievement list is not only a strong recognition of Torch Electron's technological strength, but also an important motivation for future innovation. Moving forward, Torch Electron will continue to deepen its efforts in the new energy sector, driving industrial upgrades through technological breakthroughs. At the same time, we look forward to working hand in hand with all employees and partners to create a brighter future for the company's growth.

    September 03, 2025

A Spark of Love at Torch Electron Under the starry skies of the Qixi Festival—also known as the Chinese Valentine's Day—Torch Electron celebrated a special day filled with warmth and gratitude. With "love" as the theme, the event blended family bonds and romantic affection, honoring every effort, companionship, and dedication behind our growth. Love at Work and at Home In everyday life, our colleagues are parents, partners, and loved ones. At Torch Electron, they are also teammates walking side by side. From laughter in the lounge to anticipation in the makeup room, every smile captured by the camera reflected harmony, togetherness, and love. Families posed warmly, couples held hands, and each treasured moment was recorded as a memory worth keeping. Exploring Innovation Together Guided by our company docents, Torch children and their "support teams" toured the Torch Electron exhibition hall and Zihua Park production workshop. Inside the bright and modern facilities, advanced intelligent manufacturing equipment ran in perfect order. The children's exclamations of wonder filled the air—seeds of science and innovation quietly took root that day. Love is Sharing a Meal At lunchtime, joy was shared over delicious "Torch flavors." The dining hall was filled with laughter, stories, and warmth. Because love is also about sharing countless meals together and finding happiness in simple moments. A Birthday Surprise Among the Celebration On this special day, coincidence brought extra joy—one "Torch kid" celebrated a birthday. As the cake lit with candles was pushed out, the room was filled with surprise and warmth. Amidst cheerful birthday songs, the little star made a wish. Torch Electron is proud to be a witness to growth and happiness. Creating Love with Hands Couples joined hands in a workshop to create unique aromatic candles under professional guidance. From blending and pouring to cooling and shaping, every step represented harmony and the blending of love. Commitment and Growth Time became the witness of unity. Through fun Q&A sessions, couples recalled their journey together. They signed symbolic certificates of love and exchanged exclusive rings. At Torch Electron, love and dreams are not a choice—but a shared path. Honoring Dedication On Qixi Day, all dual-employee couples received commemorative rings and certificates of unity, honoring their dedication, teamwork, and unwavering commitment. Love is not limited to Qixi—it exists in every day and night. At Torch Electron, we believe that where there is love, there is growth. May we walk hand in hand with our loved ones, grow together, and illuminate each other on the journey ahead.
